Our branch in Chesapeake employs both Junior and Senior Network Administrators who are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. They also identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and perform diagnostics of network issues.
