What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Chesapeake Branch?
Our branch in Chesapeake is currently seeking both a Junior System Administrator and a System Administrator. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also provide first and second level telephone support, identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, and provide remote IT support. The System Administrator will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed, and will provide second and third level telephone support. They will also perform network troubleshooting, configure network devices for new deployments, and assist with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems. Both positions will also provide other IT support and maintenance as needed.
