What duties do our Payroll employees do at our IES Communications' Clarksville Branch?
Our branch in Clarksville is currently seeking a Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor, as well as a Senior Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor will be responsible for reviewing time and attendance reports on a daily basis to identify errors and exceptions to policy. They will also review lunch/break penalty hours, project coding and labor hour allocation, and project coding compliance. Additionally, they will partner with managers to correct identified errors and ensure adherence to time and attendance policies. The Senior Payroll Specialist, on the other hand, will be responsible for processing data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They will handle employee and business partner queries, analyze and process off-cycle pay and adjustments, calculate and maintain manual garnishments, and compile and distribute certified payroll reporting. They will also assist with monthly journal entries and month-end analysis. Both positions require collaboration and communication with multiple departments and team members, as well as other assigned duties and responsibilities.
