At our branch in Dulles, we have openings for both Junior Network Administrators and Senior Network Administrators. Both roles involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They also provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution, as well as diagnose and resolve computer system malfunctions and network issues. Additionally, they assist the IT team with server maintenance and provide remote IT support. The hardware supported includes Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
