What will you do as a Training Manager at our IES Communications' Dulles Branch?
As employees of our branch in Dulles, the Training Manager is responsible for reviewing and enhancing existing training programs to improve engagement, learning, and retention, while also keeping up-to-date with new training methods and industry requirements; they identify areas for improvement and conduct training sessions, ensuring milestones and goals are met within the approved budget, and assist the Director of Quality and Development with financial reporting and budgeting, while also working with Training, Process, and IT Management to correct any issues with training materials and ensure accurate communication of processes, gathering feedback from teams to continuously improve trainings and processes, and performing other assigned duties as needed, with regular attendance being mandatory.
