Our branch in Norfolk is currently seeking a Quality Manager who will work closely with the Director of Quality and Development to establish and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications for all business units. The Quality Manager will define and train quality procedures to the team and operations staff, review reports to ensure customer requirements are met, and ensure manufacturers' specifications are adhered to. They will also proactively seek ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, monitor performance through data analysis, and provide recommendations for improvements.
