As employees of our branch in Roanoke, the Fabrication Warehouse Manager oversees the profitability and staffing needs of the warehouse, while also managing internal orders, safety, quality, and tooling requirements. They develop a CAD/BIM program to support installation needs and coordinate deliverables with the Operations team. Additionally, they create and maintain tooling and inventory management systems and develop a national logistical delivery plan. The Materials Operation Specialist is responsible for packaging, labeling, and tagging warehouse inventory, as well as completing daily activities such as receiving, shipping, stocking, and auditing materials. They conduct cycle-counts of inventory, manage the daily log, and enter material into the IES Inventory database. They also maintain warehouse quality, handle goods and supplies, and operate forklifts and company vehicles.
