Recruiting Manager Jobs in Virginia Beach VA

As a Recruiting Manager in our Virginia Beach branch, your duties will include working closely with internal teams and hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts. You will assist with both external and internal hiring, developing recruitment strategies that encompass job posting, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. Your role will involve identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization, managing the recruitment process and life cycle, and providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and the HR team. Additionally, you may be responsible for developing specialized or competitive intelligence and research related to talent development or retention, counseling candidates on corporate benefits and salary, and utilizing various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and internet sourcing. You will also work with hiring managers and the HR Director to develop job descriptions, manage the corporate employment resource, and participate in employment events. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and CRM systems will be essential to track applicants throughout the selection phase until on-boarding. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
