The Junior Tester in our Virginia Beach branch is responsible for documenting test cases, executing them, and reporting any identified issues, as well as verifying fixes and maintaining test documentation, collaborating with the development team to identify defects, participating in the software development life cycle, ensuring quality throughout the software development process, identifying departmental needs and reporting to management, researching alternatives, preparing presentations, driving solutions, testing to confirm, gaining consensus, and implementing solutions for multiple applications within multiple functions, troubleshooting and guiding others on complex problems, coordinating new development activities, managing routine and special projects, overseeing and providing guidance to peers, serving as a reference point for day-to-day questions, reviewing test plans, participating in system testing activities, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), conducting training for stakeholders, and reporting errors to developers, and fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.
