Our Level I and II technicians are the backbone of daily operations, handling everything from scheduled Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) to hardware installation and troubleshooting, ensuring asset management and security protocols are strictly followed. They provide invaluable smart-hands assistance across multiple sites, adhering to stringent SLA response times, even on-call when necessary. As they progress to Level III and eventually Lead Technician roles, their responsibilities expand to include more complex tasks such as direct contributions to process improvements, advanced troubleshooting, coordinating equipment installations, and leading project plans. Across all levels, our team is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient operating environment within our data centers, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to service availability, performance, and capacity utilization. Their expertise not only supports our infrastructure but also ensures compliance with industry standards and best practices, including ISO 27001 / 9001 and TIA/EIA-942 certifications.
