At our Kent branch, the Communications Technician I and II roles are foundational to our operations. The Level I technician focuses on installing work area outlets, routing cables, building closets, and ensuring all installations meet our rigorous quality and safety standards. Meanwhile, the Level II technician takes these skills further by performing advanced tasks such as terminating CAT 3 & CAT 5 jacks, conducting continuity tests, troubleshooting cable issues, and leading project crews to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.

Our Lead and Senior Lead Communications Technicians in Kent play critical roles in overseeing major projects from start to finish. The Lead Technician is responsible for running project crews, ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines, and serving as the main contact for on-site customer queries. The Senior Lead Technician elevates this role by managing human resources aspects, maintaining project profitability, and acting as the senior liaison with customers, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets both our and the customer's high standards.
