These employees work closely with managers to ensure that any identified errors are corrected and appropriate remediation is taken. They also play a key role in promoting a culture of adherence to Time and Attendance policies. In addition, they maintain progress reports and provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership. Collaboration and communication with multiple departments and team members is essential for program success. The branch also has Senior Payroll Specialists who handle data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They are responsible for addressing employee and business partner queries related to payroll, analyzing and processing off-cycle pay, special payments, adjustments, and reversals, as well as performing manual garnishment calculations and maintenance. These specialists compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting and assist with monthly journal entries and analysis for payroll expenses and accruals.
