The Project Management Office Program Manager in Seattle is responsible for creating and implementing program-specific process improvements that align with the financial goals of the Company. They provide guidance and mentoring to meet all Company goals and objectives, monitoring project financial health to achieve Company goals, and intervening where needed to help improve the financial outlook of any negatively impacted projects. Additionally, they monitor branch operations and PM compliance metrics, assist in managing multiple scopes of work, and participate in monthly Division, Branch and Project financial review meetings. The Project Management Office Systems Lead in Seattle, on the other hand, is responsible for acting as the IES point of contact and subject matter expert for the Service Now platform, performing and managing system administration tasks, and conducting process evaluations to gain knowledge of end-user requirements. They also oversee and lead future functionality and system development, identify departmental needs, report to management as appropriate, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
