What will you do as a Project Cost Analyst at our IES Communications' Seattle Branch?
Our branch in Seattle is currently looking for a Project Cost Analyst, Project Cost Analyst Manager, and Project Cost Supervisor to join our team. The Project Cost Analyst plans for, manages, monitors and maintains project profitability to achieve Company goals, and works with project accounting to ensure costs are posted to the ledger correctly. The Project Cost Analyst Manager will recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge, if necessary, all staff, and effectively manage all human resource issues per Company policies and procedures. The Project Cost Supervisor will supervise 1-2 Project Cost Analysts, attend and lead Holland review meetings, and implement underbilling reduction strategies. All three roles will collaborate with project personnel to prepare all required project reporting and handle other responsibilities as assigned.
