As our employees in Seattle, the Sales & Marketing Sr Support Manager drives the development and implementation of sales strategies, oversees effective marketing campaigns, mentors the Sales & Marketing team, analyzes market research and sales data, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. The Sales & Marketing Support team supports the sales team by generating and qualifying leads, assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, maintaining CRM databases, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan events. The Sales and Marketing Administrative Support team is responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, updating proposal and pre-qualification documents, tracking pre-qualifications, assisting with RFPs, organizing proposal binders, creating tracking for bid proposals, organizing RFPs and RFQs, creating presentations and reports, enforcing company policies and safety requirements, and other assigned responsibilities.
