Additionally, you will oversee the ordering of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, as well as coordinate sales meetings and training for the Sales Department. As an Office Support Manager, you will also be analyzing and researching files, spreadsheets, flow logs, reports, and tracking material, while managing division support staff and driving proactive approaches and reporting related to billing, procurement, job openings/contracts, and document control. You will also be responsible for division process analysis and improvement, as well as process flow development. Both roles require experience, judgment, creativity, and flexibility to accomplish goals effectively.
