They review recommendations from Program Managers regarding the performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes of Project Managers, provide guidance and mentoring to Program Managers to meet customer and company goals, and approve recommendations for subordinate Program Managers' performance ratings. Additionally, they develop strategies for managing project profitability, review financial reporting to customers and management, manage multiple scopes of work, participate in the bid process, ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, act as a liaison with customer representatives, and implement account process improvements, among other assigned responsibilities.
