What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Spokane Branch?
Our branch in Spokane is currently seeking Junior System Administrators and System Administrators to join our team. As Junior System Administrators, our employees will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. Additionally, they will identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, perform diagnostics of systems issues, and provide remote IT support. Hardware supported will include Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, Canon printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment. On the other hand, as System Administrators, our employees will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, as well as providing second and third level telephone support and problem resolution. They will also perform diagnostics of network issues, provide support to the IT team, and respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to network resources. Hardware supported will include Lenovo servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and various network equipment. Both roles will assist the IT team in server maintenance and have other responsibilities as assigned.
