What duties do our Payroll employees do at our IES Communications' Tacoma Branch?
Our branch in Tacoma is seeking dedicated employees for the positions of Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor, as well as Senior Payroll Specialist. As Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor, our employees will be responsible for reviewing time and attendance reports, identifying errors and exceptions to policy, and partnering with managers to ensure corrections are made, while also promoting a culture of adherence to Time and Attendance policies. They will also maintain progress reports and provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership, as well as communicate and collaborate with multiple departments for program success. On the other hand, as Senior Payroll Specialist, our employees will handle data entry for multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They will also address employee and business partner queries, process off-cycle pay and adjustments, calculate garnishments, compile Certified Payroll reporting, and assist with month-end analysis and journal entries. Both positions may have additional duties as assigned.
