What will you do as a Project Controller at our IES Communications' Tacoma Branch?
Our branch in Tacoma is seeking employees for the position of Project Controller. As Project Controllers, our employees will play a vital role in supporting project managers by assisting them in budget development and chart of accounts for each project. They will be responsible for tracking job costs from start to completion and forecasting total billing costs for both project managers and clients. Ensuring contract compliance, billing rates, and details will be a key aspect of their role, along with providing assistance in resolving any open items with customers. Our Project Controllers will also be involved in efficient job close-outs and will work closely with timekeepers, payroll, and other project controls employees. The ability to read and understand project schedules, as well as having experience with MS Project or P6 Primavera, will be beneficial. Knowledge of cost and resource loaded project schedules is also desirable. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.
