IES Communications, LLC Data Center Integration team provides complete lifecycle management for your data center, including your data center's end, with our data eradication services.
Whether it is data storage media or disk subsystems, protect your company's hard-earned reputation and trustworthiness by preventing confidential information from falling into the wrong hands.
Is your disk subsystem data secure upon removal?
Our eradication service meets or exceeds all Department of Defense (DOD), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and other regulatory requirements. We provide the third-party Certification for Hard Drive Sanitization you and your customers may need.
Our hardware and software-based technology ensures secure eradication of all customer data and provides the detailed reporting required to meet today's industry privacy and security mandates. These security measures mitigate 100% of the exposure to legal liabilities or loss of corporate assets. IES's non-invasive eradication process preserves the functionality of the subsystems for immediate re-purpose or reuse.
No customer-owned disk drives or other equipment is removed from the premises. IES inventories the disks and subsystems and other metrics that may be required, such as IP addresses, physical location, make/model, and serial numbers of the subsystem with the customer before commencing any service.
We support all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendor systems, including, but not limited to, Hitachi, IBM, EMC, HP, 3Par, Dell/Compellent, Oracle, Netapp, etc. Our eradication service supports and services all disk types, including FMD, FC, SAS, SATA, SSD, NVME, and most other flash and disk technology types.
Where are your failed OEM disks going?
Are you returning disk drives to the OEM with data on them, are you doing on-site shredding, or are you paying for an expensive Disk Retention Program? If so, let IES Communications show you how to save money and time with our "Failed Disk Eradication Service." We provide on-site services for customers who need eradication of drives required to be returned to OEM vendors. This service can be provided as part of a subscription service or on a one-off basis as needed.
